Create a new restaurant prototype for a franchise that had a former local Louisiana presence, but also has locations primarily throughout college towns across the United States. This new prototype needed to create a new identity, have a fresh appearance that appeals to young, hip parents of today but is striking enough to demand a presence in the quick – service restaurant industry.

The importance of identity, circulation and customer flow were achieved through use of materials, ceiling elements and furnishings that are placed properly to let the consumer experience the space without hesitation.  A new identity was created through materials that are built to withstand the demanding restaurant crowd but punctuated and accented throughout to be bold, daring and hip.
